Mission/Vision Statement/Core Mandate

The core mandate of the Hall is to ensure that, facilities in the Hall are constantly maintained in order to provide a conducive environment and excellent accommodation for students.

Vision Statement

Simpa Hall will be seen as a modest hall of residence for students which will provide basic infrastructural facilities and healthy environment to sustain students to complete their courses and also to attract organisations who will be looking for accommodation for their in-service training programme.

The following are undertaken in line with the Hall’s aims and objectives;

• Repair and maintenance of facilities 
• Ensuring adequate sanitation
• Acquisition of wares, chemicals, tools, appliances for Hall workers 
• Provision of water when there is shortage
