The term of office of UTAG-UEW Executive Officers will end by 31st August 2023. In accordance with the UTAG-UEW constitution, eligible members are invited to nominate persons for election to the following positions for the period 2023 - 2025:
- President
- Vice-President
- Secretary
- Treasurer

INSTRUCTIONS:
- A candidate contesting the election shall be a confirmed member and must have served two years in the University.
- A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if nomination is not done by an eligible member
- A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if it does not show the names of the nominee and his/her seconder/supporter
- A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if a person is nominated for more than one position.
- A nomination form shall be rendered invalid if a nominee does not accept to contest for the position, he/she is nominated for.
- All nominations must reach the designated collection officers for the various campuses NOT LATER THAN 4:00pm on Monday, 17th July, 2023.
