Staff Mobility Programmes

The University of Education, Winneba offers structured staff mobility programmes designed to enhance professional development, knowledge exchange, and institutional capacity. These opportunities take the form of conferences, training workshops, seminars, research collaborations, and programme development initiatives. Funding for these mobilities is often fully or partially provided through prestigious schemes such as Erasmus+ and DAAD, among others.

Staff mobility is inclusive of both teaching and non-teaching personnel across all sectors of the University, fostering cross-functional growth and international collaboration. The duration of these mobilities typically ranges from five (5) days to four (4) weeks, providing intensive yet manageable periods for skill acquisition and networking. Annually, no fewer than twenty (20) staff members participate in these programmes, contributing to UEW’s commitment to global engagement and continuous professional excellence.
