Revisions to the Approved Academic Calander for the 2026/2027 Academic Year

We respectfully wish to bring to your attention the following revisions to selected activities on the approved Academic Calendar for the 2026/2027 Academic Year:

• Academic Board Meeting: Friday, 30th October, 2026.
• Matriculation: Thursday, 5th to Friday, 6th November, 2026.
• Mid-Semester Examinations: Monday, 9th to Friday, 13th November, 2026.
• Congregation: Wednesday, 25th to Saturday, 28th November, 2026.

In view of the above, we respectfully seek your authorisation for the Deputy Registrar, Publications and Communication, to publicise the revised dates through the University’s official communication channels to inform the University Community and enable the relevant stakeholders to make the necessary arrangements.
