Ultra-processed Foods and Risk of Obesity: A Bibliometric Analysis.
This study examines the research landscape of ultra-processed foods and the risk of obesity from 2013 to 2022 by a rigorous bibliometric analysis of the topic. The research focuses on research trends, scholar production, and subject focus of scientific articles on processed foods and obesity risk. To present a full picture of the trend, subject focus, and scientific production of UPFs and the risk of obesity, a bibliometric technique was utilized to thoroughly analyze the data. More study on UPFs and obesity is being done considering the facts presented here. The findings of this study pave the way for a plethora of future studies in terms of research collaboration between governmental/non-governmental entities and academia, as well as the need for additional research into the links between UPFs and other health outcomes such as diabetes and malnutrition.
