28th Congregation | Second Session | CODeL and School of Graduate Studies
The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), informs the 2023 graduands and the general public that the Second Session of the 28th Congregation will take place in-person from Wednesday, 12th June, 2024, to Saturday, 15th June, 2024, at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus, Winneba. The ceremony will award degrees, diplomas, and certificates to graduands of the College of Distance and e-Learning (CODeL) and the School of Graduate Studies, as follows:

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Graduands who wish to be presented at the ceremony should log on to the UEW website: https://uew.edu.gh/graduation and provide the details required for registration.
ALL GRADUANDS TO NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
The closing date for registration is MONDAY, JUNE 10, 2024, at 12:00 NOON. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE. ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE REGISTERED WILL BE PRESENTED AT THE CEREMONY. PRESENTATION WILL BE EN MASSE, EXCEPT PhD AND FIRST CLASS GRADUANDS.
Graduands should collect their academic gowns at the Faculty of Social Sciences Education Building, North Campus, Winneba.
The dress code for the Congregation is formal, e.g. for gentlemen, a tie and a shirt preferably with a jacket. IMPROPERLY DRESSED PERSONS WILL NOT BE PRESENTED AT THE CEREMONY.
There will be mandatory rehearsals for graduands at 3:00 pm each day prior to their graduation ceremony at the venue.
Graduands should be seated at the Congregation Venue by 8:30 am on the date of the Congregation in academic dress appropriate to their Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates.
There will be accredited photographers covering the event and graduands may obtain copies of their photographs at a fee.
Graduands are expected to produce their Clearance Chits and Student Identification Cards or any National Photo Identification Card to collect their Certificates.
