Our comprehensive approach to quality assurance encompasses various initiatives designed to enhance the overall educational experience and institutional excellence.
Faculty Excellence Awards Guidelines
Developed comprehensive guidelines for implementing Faculty Excellence Awards, approved by the Academic Board for publicizing and implementation.
End of Semester Examinations Monitoring
Monitoring all End-of-Semester examinations for regular programmes across Winneba, Ajumako campuses, and CODeL for six academic years.
GTEC Standards Review
Participated in the revision of Standards and Norms for Tertiary Education Institutions in Ghana undertaken by GTEC in collaboration with ESSA.
Comprehensive Assessment Surveys
Conducted nine assessment surveys between 2022-2025, covering residential facilities, infrastructure, healthcare, catering services, and campus safety.
Digitization of Assessment Systems
Engaged Academic Staff in faculty-based sensitization forums on digitizing the assessment of teaching and learning processes.
Stakeholder Interactions
Regular meetings with Library Staff, Estate Section, Finance Officer, and Graduate Coordinators to address challenges and improve services.
Quality Speaks
Stay informed with our annual bulletin that keeps the University community and stakeholders updated on quality assurance initiatives and achievements.
