Governance structure
How VCCIP is run
Four bodies work together to set direction, deliver programmes and maintain accountability.
Governing Board
Provides overall direction for VCCIP, approves programme policy and budgets, and ensures the initiative remains aligned with the mandate of the University of Education, Winneba.
Steering Committee
Oversees day-to-day delivery across the three programme areas, reviews applications and selection outcomes, and reports progress to the Governing Board.
Secretariat
Coordinates applications, beneficiary records, community liaison and correspondence, and serves as the first point of contact for applicants, schools and partners.
Reporting and accountability
Programme activities, beneficiary numbers and use of donor support are documented and reported through the Board, with records maintained by the Secretariat.

The Board sets policy and direction for the programme. Names, titles and official photographs are confirmed by the VCCIP Secretariat before publication.
