Workshop For Departmental Counsellors

The Counselling Centre of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), is organizing a one-day capacity-building workshop for all Departmental Counsellors across all the faculties and schools. The theme for the workshop is “Enhancing Support Systems for Student Well-being through Departmental Counselling.”

Venue: Seminar Room 2

This workshop aims to strengthen institutional support systems for students' academic, emotional, and psychological well-being through departmental-level interventions. Topics will include effective referral procedures, early identification of students in distress, and the ethical responsibilities of academic counsellors. All concerned participants are kindly urged to take note and attend promptly.
