Academic Records of Students of the Colleges of Education
Hitherto, the academic records of students of our affiliated Colleges of Education were not on any Information Management System in the University. These academic records were kept on standalone laptops and external hard drives at the Institute. The AQA Department, in conjunction with the SRO Unit of the University, has now successfully migrated the Biodata of all current students in our affiliated Colleges of Education onto the OSIS 2 platform of UEW. All the existing academic records of the students have been migrated onto the OSIS 2 platform, so that individual students of the Colleges will be able to view their examinations results in their portals.
In spite of the above situation, all previous students’ results have been discussed, approved and forwarded to the various Colleges to be released to the students involved. First Semester Examinations results for 2023/24 have recently been discussed and approved by the Examinations Subcommittee, and the Professional Advisory Board.
