Medical Examinations for Fresh Students (2021 Sandwich)

Fresh students on the Sandwich programmes are being informed that the medical examinations for the 2021 Sandwich year is scheduled for 27^th October, 2021 to 10^th November, 2021 at 8:00 am to 4:00 pm each day at the University Clinic.

The medical examination processes are as follows:

1. Registration (complete Corona Risk Assessment and Medical Screening Forms on the University Website)
2. Laboratory Investigations (taking samples ends at 11:30 am)
3. Ear Screening
4. Vital Signs check
5. Taking of Chest X-ray Radiograph (at a fee of GHS 30.00)
6. Eye screening
7. Physical examination
8. Issuance of medical clearance chit

It has to be noted that the medical examinations exercise is mandatory for all fresh students to be accepted as junior members of the University. For the 2021 Sandwich medical examinations, fresh students would be issued with students identification cards ONLY UPON the completion of medical examinations and having been declared medically fit to pursue the programme of study.
