GAUA Executives Pledge Their Support to Management
Newly Elected Executives of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) Branch of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA) have held a meeting with the Management of the University to declare their preparedness to work towards the welfare and progress of the UEW.
The meeting, which served as a means of officially introducing the newly Elected Executives to Management, took place on Tuesday, 4th February, 2020 at the Office of the Vice-Chancellor. The GAUA Executives assured the University Management of their loyalty to the vision and mission of the University.
Management affirmed the importance of University Administrators to the progress and development of the University and promised to support the executive body to achieve their goals for the Association.
Management present at the meeting were the Vice-Chancellor, Rev. Fr. Prof. Anthony Afful-Broni; Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Andy Ofori-Birikorang; Registrar, Surv. Paul Osei-Barima Esq.; Finance Officer, Mr. Francis Obeng; and Ag. Internal Auditor, Mr. Oduro Marfo.
Among the GAUA Executives present were the President, Dr. Beth Offei-Awuku; Vice-President, Mr. Isaac Marfo Oduro; Secretary, Mr. Richard Afriyie; Assistant Secretary, Ms. Patricia Kaitoo; Treasurer, Mr. Emmaunel Botwe; COLTEK representative, Mrs. Janet Acheampong Otoo; and CAGRIC representative, Mr. John Boscoe Fiave.
