Dr. Vince M. Bertram is an internationally recognized leader in education, innovation, and workforce development. As the Founder and CEO of RecruitED Solutions, Inc., and former long-serving President and CEO of Project Lead The Way (PLTW), he has transformed the landscape of STEM education across the United States and beyond.

Under his leadership, PLTW grew from an $8.5M nonprofit into a $120M national powerhouse, serving over 5 million students and 12,000+ schools in all 50 U.S. states and territories. A two-time New York Times best-selling author, Dr. Bertram has advised U.S. Presidents, testified before Congress, and served as a U.S. State Department STEM Education Specialist in countries such as Korea, Oman, Fiji, and The Bahamas.

He has been appointed to the congressionally authorized U.S. STEM Education Advisory Panel and served on the Indiana State Board of Education. His accolades include the National STEM Impact Award, the Distinguished Hoosier Award, and recognition by the Aspen Institute as a Pahara-Aspen Education Fellow.

Dr. Bertram holds multiple advanced degrees, including a doctorate in education and an MBA from Georgetown University and ESADE Business School in Barcelona. He is also a graduate of executive programs at Harvard, MIT, Wharton, Columbia, and the University of Chicago.
