Seth Ogoe Ayim, PMP
Seth Ogoe Ayim, PMP, is the Co-founder and CEO of Bountiful Technologies Co Ltd. and the Executive Director of Bountiful STEM Educational Foundation, organizations dedicated to advancing STEM, AI, robotics, IoT, VR, and computer science education for K-12 students in Ghana and West Africa.
A Ph.D. student at Brigham Young University’s McKay School of Education, Seth specializes in Education Inquiry, Measurement, and Evaluation, focusing on STEM curriculum development and teacher professional development in emerging markets. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration with a minor in Information Systems from Brigham Young University, a master’s in Information Systems from the University of Utah, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies and Management from the University of Cape Coast, and a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Accra Technical University.
Seth is a global leader in STEM education, with expertise in curriculum development, teacher training, and emerging technologies such as AI, educational robotics, 3D printing, and EdTech programming. Under his leadership, Bountiful Technologies sent Ghana’s first elementary and middle school VEXIQ robotics teams to the VEX Worlds Robotics Championship in 2022, 2023, and 2024, representing Ghana on the international stage in Dallas, Texas.
As a senior global digital solutions project consultant for Fairtrade International and Reading Horizons, Seth manages EdTech products and programs across Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Asia Pacific. His passion for equitable education drives his work to create innovative, multicultural STEM and digital solutions programs, particularly for girls and underserved communities in Africa.
Seth successfully organized the inaugural Ghana 2023 Global STEM and Computing Education Summit, hosting over 700 participants, including STEM experts, educators, and policymakers from Ghana, the United States, and Sweden. He is also the recipient of the 2019 Lowell Benson Lifetime Service Award from the Brigham Young University Management Society for his contributions to moral and ethical leadership and STEM education in Africa. Currently, he serves as the Africa Regional Director for the BYU Management Society, overseeing West, East, and Central Africa.
On a personal note, Seth is married to Selina, and they have two sons, Spencer and Sheldon, whose names reflect his commitment to family and community.
