Invitation to K-TALK

The University of Education, Winneba in collaboration with John A. Kufuor Foundation invites the University Community to K-Talk, a lecture series aimed at bringing successful and distinguished resource persons from diverse disciplines and fields to inspire the sense of leadership in students. It is a strategic undertaking by the Kufuor Scholars to extend impacts of their leadership training to young people in educational institutions of higher learning. The theme for the event is “Leadership in Africa: the way forward”.

The event is scheduled as follows:

The CEO and Staff of the John A. Kufuor Foundation will be attending this event.

The lectures will be facilitated by two speakers on respective topics as below:

  • “Balancing Gender and Leadership; the Role of Men and Women in Ghana” by Miss Nana Aba Anamoah, a broadcast journalist with the EIB network, Accra.
  • “The Emerging Youth; a solution to the Leadership Crisis in Africa” by Dr. Joseph Kingsley Adjei, a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Sociology and Anthropology, University of Cape Coast.
