Management of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) is making great efforts to contain the spread of the novel Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) should students be asked to return to campus for academic work.
The College of Technology Education, Kumasi (COLTEK) of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has been fumigated as part of efforts to fight COVID-19 in the College.
COLTEK benefitted from the fumigation exercise under the auspices of the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development through the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council and the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies recently carried out to combat the global pandemic of COVID-19 in the Ashanti Region.
The Vice-Chancellor, Rev. Fr. Prof. Anthony Afful-Broni has empowered security personnel of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) to be brave and professional in executing their duties.
