The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has graduated a total of 865 students at its April Session Congregation held at the Asante Mampong, Kumasi and Winneba Campuses of the University.
On Tuesday, 23rd April, 2019, a total of 160 students from the Faculties of Agricultural Education and, Science and Environment Education were graduated with various certificates or degrees at Asante Mampong.

A day’s orientation has been organised for level 300 students at the College of Technology Education, Kumasi (COLTEK) of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) as part of preparations to embark on compulsory industrial attachment upon completion of the second semester examinations in June 2019.
Each of the students is required to do a minimum of six weeks supervised industrial attachment which is one of the key requirements for graduating from the University.
The Division of Publications and Communication has today, Monday, 8th April, 2019, held a meeting to officially introduce and welcome the Deputy Registrar of the Division, Mr. Kofi Asafo-Adjei.
The meeting, which took place at the Registrar’s Conference Room, North Campus, Winneba, also created the avenue for staff of the Division to familiarise themselves with the Deputy Registrar.

Sarfo and other management staff of the College of Technology Education, Kumasi (COLTEK) of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) have paid a courtesy call on Nana Krobia Asante Tuffour, Chief of Tanoso (near Kumasi) and his elders in a move to strengthen ties with the Tanoso Taditional Authority on whose lands COLTEK is sited.
The March 26, 2019 visit also provided the opportunity for Prof. Sarfo to introduce himself officially as the Acting Head of the College to the chief and his elders.
