“Grant us very Handsome Financial Clearance”, UEW Appeals to Government

The Governing Council of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has appealed to government to grant the University “a very handsome financial clearance” so it can augment its teaching and non-teaching staff strength for the effective and efficient delivery of its mandate.

The appeal follows additional responsibility that the government has recently given UEW by affiliating 15 Colleges of Education to the University to mentor and help in their continuous professional and infrastructural development and governance.
