Nomination of Peer Educators

The HIV/AIDS Unit of the University of Education, Winneba is requesting all Academic Departments and Units to recommend two (2) level 100 students who are committed and willing to serve as Peer Educators for their outfits.

A Peer Educator is a trained student who educates, teaches, or shares health information, values, and behaviour as a means of preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS as well as other Sexually Transmitted Diseases, especially in this COVID-19 era.

The names of the nominees and their contact numbers should be sent to the HIV/AIDS Unit located at the North Campus, behind Simpa Block C.

Date: 10th March 2021

Venue: LT5

Time: 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Please note that only registered students will be allowed to partake in the training workshop. Again COVID-19 protocols shall strictly be observed.
