Registration Procedure:

All Graduands to note the following:         

  1. Closing date for registration is Friday November 16, 2016 for Winneba and Friday November 23, 2016, for Asante-Mampong and Kumasi respectively.   ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE REGISTERED WOULD BE PRESENTED. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THESE DATES.
  2. Graduands would be required to attend a rehearsal a day before the scheduled date for the Congregation at 2:00 p.m. at the various campuses.
  3. Dress code for the Congregation is formal, e.g., for gentlemen, a tie and a shirt preferably with a jacket. IMPROPERLY DRESSED PERSONS WILL NOT BE PRESENTED
  4. Graduands should be seated at the Congregation grounds by the time indicated above on the date of the Congregation in the academic dress appropriate to their degrees/Diploma/Certiticate.
  5. Each Graduand may come along with two guests to the congregation.
  6. There will be an accredited photographer covering the event and graduands may obtain copies of their photographs at a fee.
  7. A Congregation church service will be held on the Sunday after the Congregation at 9:00 am. on all campuses.
