Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship Fund (VCSF), 2017/2018 Academic Year

 

Applications are invited from qualified undergraduate students to access the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship Fund (VCSF) for the 2017/2018 academic year.

Completed applications should be submitted to Deans of Faculty or Director, IEDE latest by 16th February, 2018 who shall act as coordinators of the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship Fund (VCSF).

Students on Distance Education programme should submit completed applications to the Director of IEDE through their Coordinators.

Matriculation Ceremony for Distance Students at Kumasi Campus Rescheduled

We wish to announce for the information of stakeholders, especially 2017/2018 Fresh Distance Education Students, that the matriculation ceremony on the Kumasi Campus, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, January 27, 2018, has been rescheduled to take place on Thursday, January 25, 2018. But for the change in date of the Kumasi ceremony, all other previously announced arrangements remain the same.

MATRICULATION CEREMONY FOR 2017/2018 DISTANCE EDUCATION STUDENTS

The University of Education, Winneba  will hold Matriculation Ceremonies for 2017/2018 Distance Education Students as follows:

ZONE 1: Dambai, Denu, Ho, Hohoe, Odumase-Krobo, Sogakope

DATE: Monday, January 15, 2018

VENUE: Ho Technical University Auditorium, Ho

TIME: 9:00 am – 11:00 am

 

ZONE 2: ATTRACO, Axim, Accra Academy, Kasoa, Accra High, AssinFosu, Cape Coast, Sekondi, Tarkwa, Tema, Asamankese, Koforidua, Winneba

Christmas and New Year Break

We announce for the information of all members of staff of the University that the 2017 Christmas and New Year break will begin from 12:00 noon on Friday, 22nd December, 2017 and end on Friday, 5th January, 2018. Work will resume on Monday, 8th January, 2018.

Heads of the following departments/sections- Grounds and Garden, sanitary, Halls, Transport, Security, Maintenance (Electricians), and Clinics should select staff to ensure that normal services are provided during the holidays.
