Medical Examinations for fresh students | Mop-up

All fresh students on the regular programmes who were unable to report or reported but failed to complete the medical examinations are being given a final chance to be medically examined. 

The mop-up medical examinations are scheduled as follows:

Workshop for 2021 Retirees

The Division of Human Resource in collaboration with the 2021 Retirees Send-off Planning Committee is organising a 2-day workshop for staff retiring from the service of the University of Education, Winneba in September, 2021.

The workshop is scheduled as follows:

Schedule for Distribution of Certificates and Souvenir

All graduates are hereby informed that the distribution of certificates is scheduled to commence from, 31st May, 2021 to 25th June, 2021 (8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. each day) as indicated below.

All students are entreated to pick their certificates on the scheduled dates. However, those who are unable to do so shall be required to subsequently pick their certificates from the Division of Academic Affairs from Monday, 28th June, 2021.


Admission Into 2nd Cohort Of 2021 Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching & Learning in Higher Education (PGDTLHE) Weekend Programme

Applications are invited from qualified applicants for admission into the Second (2nd) Cohort of the 2021 PostGraduate Diploma in Teaching & Learning in Higher Education (PGDTLHE). This is a postgraduate programme run on weekend basis at the University of Education, Winneba.



The University of Education, Winneba hereby wishes to inform 2021 graduands and the general public on the Second Session of the 25th congregation ceremony for the award of degrees, diplomas and certificates to Regular, Distance and Sandwich students. The ceremony will be in virtual mode and streamed live on the University’s website and other official social media platforms. The graduation ceremony will admit only graduating PhD and Undergraduate first class honours students. Parents/guardians and well wishers will not be allowed on campus.
