Vertical Tabs Programme Description Programme Description The Mathematics Education Programme consists of Mathematics, Statistics and ICT. The programme is designed to equip students with relevant knowledge, concepts, skills and attitudes which will enable them teach both Mathematics and ICT in schools after successful completion, graduates can pursue further studies in areas like Measurement and Evaluation, MBA and MSC in Statistics, Demography, Mathematics and others. Target Group The programme seeks to attract: • SHS Certificate Holders • Teachers’ Certificate ‘A’ Holders • Personnel of the Armed Forces • Other Professional Certificate Holders Mode of study: Regular/Full TimeDepartment: Maths Education Entry Requirement Entry Requirement: Entry Requirements i. At least Grade ‘C6’ or better in Elective/Additional Mathematics ii. Any two (2) of the following Electives: Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Accounting.
