The story is told of Sasa a small boy, his younger sister, Esi and Subruku a Giant, who is the king of the forest. In this story we seePatam, a very wonderful dog and Papa, the father of the two children.
They lived in the heart of a forest because their father was a hunter.

Call for Applications – Vodafone Ghana Foundation Scholarship (Promoting the study and teaching of STEM)

Call for Applications!!

Applications are now opened for 2016/2017 Vodafone Scholar Project.

The 3-year scholarship scheme would identify and award females with high academic grades but low financial/economic resources to study Maths, Science and Technology courses at University of Education, Winneba.

This forms part of Vodafone’s effort to increase women’s engagement in science and technology in Ghana.

Call for Proposals for 2016- 2017 Cycle & Proposal-Discussion Workshop

The Faculty of Social Sciences Education, University of Education Winneba, in conjunction with the African Humanities Program, are organizing a one-day sensitization and proposal discussion workshop on fellowships and related activities of the African Humanities Program.

With extension of the African Humanities Program for two more years, 2016-17 and 2017-18 by the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the heart of the AHP will continue to be competition cycles for Dissertation/thesis-completion Fellowships, and Postdoctoral Fellowships that are supported with grants up to $20,000.
