You Raped Me - A show by the Department of Theatre Arts, UEW

What constitutes rape? How are rape cases processed and judged in court? Is a man guilty of rape just because a woman says he raped her? Should a lady’s mode of dressing and nonverbal exchanges be construed as an invitation to be sex-ploited? Simple, yet complex questions huh! In this social drama, a lady accuses a reputable man of rape after they sexually indulge each other. She visits the home of the man , one thing leads to another.

Thereafter she accuses him of rape and the two appear in court to battle it out. How would you adjudicate such a case if you were the judge?
